I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and awesome New Year. As with all other artists, I'm trying to set goals for myself in 2013.
A few things I didn't announce here that happened:
+ Met the love of my life... seriously. It's kind of amazing. I wish everyone could feel the joy we feel together.
+ I moved into a lovely home that I've finally settled into. My boyfriend owns the property and he has let me have creative reign over the place. I've made it into a place we love to call home.
+ Learned who my friends were, made some new ones
+ Burnt out creatively quite a few times to the point I stopped drawing, writing, and photography.
+ The above statement thus led to a horrible rut of depression, which I am proud to say I'm recovering from
+ Prepping to move to either Texas or California in the next year... depends where the winds take us.
What I Hope for in 2013:
+ Start Commissions
+ Take more time to learn and expand on my artistic skills
+ Take more breaks so I don't burn out.
+ Work hard, rest up, and get things finished one-at-a-time as opposed to trying to be Super Woman and wanting to curl up and collapse over it.
+ Get to work on the manga of Chrono Sovereign
+ Add to the artwork for fan projects, like Chrono Shift and Chrono Trigger : Prelude to a Dream.
I have four pieces I've been working on that I never finished in 2012... I hope to take time and do those to show you guys in the near future! Keep up and be blessed!
